Influencée notamment par l’univers des mangas, l’artiste représente des portraits féminins au regard soutenu évoluant dans des mondes peuplés de chimères. Vivi Cho est une artiste sud-coréenne née en 1983. Après avoir obtenu sa licence et sa maîtrise à la Kyunggi University de Séoul, l'artiste a commencé sa carrière professionnelle en Corée puis à l'international. Ses œuvres sont dans les collections de plusieurs institutions coréennes comme l’Art Bank National Museum of Contemporary Art ou le Metropolitan Museum Data collections, mais aussi dans les collections privées de nombreux collectionneurs internationaux. Vivi Cho a bénéficié de sa première exposition personnelle à la galerie Strouk en 2023.
