After learning the craft of metal engraving at the École Boulle, Vincent Beaurin studied and practiced painting. Soon, motivated by questions of accessibility to works of art, he became interested in everyday objects and the language they constitute. For fifteen years, he combined craftsmanship, industry, and hardware. Finally, he devoted himself exclusively to art.
Published on the occasion of his exhibition Le Spectre dans l'Atelier de Paul Cézanne in Aix-en-Provence, this first monograph traces his career as an artist.
